Our production capability is up to 40 MT (Metric Tons) per month to meet our customer's demands.

How does PT. Cipta Karya Santara industry the quality of the product?
To ensure the quality of our products, we conduct quality control, including:

  • We work closely with local farmers and adhere to stringent quality control measures at every stage of production.
  • We provide samples to customers before producing on a large scale to ensure the desired quality.
  • Final inspection before shipping to ensure everything complies with the customer’s requests.

    • What is the the MoQ?
    The minimum order for our is 10 MT (Metric Tons) or a 20ft container.

    Can i request a sample?
    We offer complimentary samples to our consumers. However, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    What are the payment methods?
    The payment methods we accept are:
    1. Cash in advance
    2.Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
    3. Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C)
    For convenience and efficiency, we exclusively accept US dollars (USD) for international transactions and Indonesian rupiah (IDR) for local transactions.
